Finding groups is a long-term game that involves ongoing research and not "I am horny, I want to find a group now!" - many group vet their members and have put effort of months and years into creating systems to organizing real events. You have to understand and respect that process.
The most obvious part of finding groups is to have profiles yourself in the most prominent places and put information in your profile.
A quick research tip is to use the search string "t.me" - for example if you search on Twitter or Bluesky you can combine the search string like "t.me/+"London" or "t.me/+"cumdump"
We all know that meeting "spontaneously" requires a lot of "luck factors" like "do you have a place or do you want to go to someones place" - so there is a lot of PREPARATION involved. Find organized sex meetings and contact the organizers and be upfront what you are looking for. Attend one of their sex events and because you validate those REAL people in REAL life your chances are much better to be able to do REAL stuff instead of endless horny chats that do not lead to anywhere.

Of course if you use Grindr and similar apps they are sometimes a source and hit-and-miss for finding contacts, because on most of those apps you can not organize groups so easily and people use those apps to recruit people into groups, but there are a lot of scammers and fake people that never want to meet for real, so apps are not that reliable because people often block and dissapear after you invest significant time in doing "research" with them.
Social media
Anonymous social media account can help me you to do long term research - the problem with mainstream Instagram/Facebook and similar is that you can not be that explicit as you want usually, but you can get creative and put in posts that indicate people what you are looking for. This is not an instant search result, but gives you often interesting contacts. Still, scammers and talkers are on the rise.
